Noosa Hearing
Noosa’s Only Independent
Noosa Hearing is an independent hearing clinic, located in Noosa Junction, owned & operated by Deidré Breytenbach. We’re a locally owned and operated business, invested in world class technology. This makes Noosa Hearing one of a kind and not another retail chain store!
As a full service Audiologist, basic is not our focus. We provide comprehensive hearing consultations and look much deeper than simply checking your hearing for hearing aids.
Our Audiologists cover all aspects of hearing and ear health using cutting edge technology and a personal approach. No matter how complex your ear health or hearing problem may be, we’ll find the best solution for you.
Above all, we place your long term hearing and ear health first. We’re here to ensure you don’t miss those important moments in life.

Services
Comprehensive
Audiology Services
Noosa Hearing offers a comprehensive range of hearing and ear examinations. We’re a full service Audiologist. So we’re equipped to provide detailed examinations and diagnosis as well as routine hearing tests and occupational tests. Our Audiologist handles complex ear and hearing conditions and is able to prescribe and recommend a complete solution with the goal of providing the best outcome for you.

Hearing Test
Complete Hearing Tests
We’ll do more than a basic hearing test for hearing aids. Our appointments are also longer, so your Audiologist will have the time to complete a thorough examination of your ears. We use modern, advanced equipment which also allows the Audiologist to image and understand your ears where basic tests cannot.

KIDS HEARING TESTS
Children’s Hearing Test
Our hearing assessments for children are comprehensive and are specifically for children. We’re able to look after children over the age of 5 as less than 5 requires specialist care.

Hearing Device care
Hearing Aid Fitting
We offer a full range of hearing devices from all major hearing aid manufacturers to suit your level of hearing and budget.

Comprehensive hearing care
Tinnitus Assessments
It is important that an Audiologist assesses your hearing if you suffer from tinnitus. We will provide different management options and support.
our values
Why Choose Us
With so many options available, how do you know you’re choosing the best for your ears? Like any health care provider, choosing your Audiologist can be sensitive. So why choose Noosa Hearing?
100% Locally owned & operated
We’re not a retail company or corporate franchise chain. We’re focused on providing a better experience. In a more friendly environment. Our consultation times are longer, so you won’t be rushed and our team are free to spend time understanding your concerns.
continuity of clinical care
You’ll see the same Audiologist today and in years to come. So, we’ll understand your history and can monitor even minor changes in your ear health and hearing. Moreover, Noosa is our home and we’re here for the long term, rather than a short stint.
University Qualified
A university qualified Audiologist will be taking care of your hearing health needs. To clarify this point, we’re not an retail Audiometrist. We practice under a professional code of ethics. We also maintain and attend professional development activities.

Hearing Devices
Hearing Aids
Hearing aid technology covers a wide variety of devices designed to optimise your hearing ability. This includes premium hearing devices with added functionality, across all styles and brands. The cost of a hearing device is mainly determined by the complexity of the digital sound processing features available in the different technology levels.
So, depending on your specific need (noise reduction, microphone automation, wind reduction, telephone programs, bluetooth connection, rechargeable options, and so on) our audiologist is up to date with the latest technology. The audiologist is qualified to make recommendations based on your hearing test results and hearing goals.
