Complimentary service
When you purchase hearing aids from Noosa Hearing, we’ll provide comprehensive servicing and minor repairs for the life of your hearing aids. Often, there will be minimal, if any charge for this. If your device has to be sent away for more servicing by the manufacturer, we’ll provide a complimentary loan device where one is available.
We also provide service and repairs for clients who have purchased hearing aids elsewhere. This will incur standard charges in order to cover the costs of consumables and expertise.
Hearing aid repairs
Noosa Hearing can carry out minor repairs and cleaning while you wait, or you can drop them off and pick them up at your convenience. We can also arrange more complicated repairs via the manufacturer of your hearing devices.
Periodic servicing
Periodically, hearing aids may require servicing. Functionality issues may arise from wear and tear, impact on a hard surface, moisture or wax build up, or from accidents at home like being put through a washing machine cycle.
Our audiologist undertakes onsite servicing and liaises directly with the manufacturers of the hearing devices to arrange more complex repairs. Professional cleaning also improves the working order of your hearing aid.
